Thousands of happy customers speak volumes
Sony's CRE-E10 have impressed me. They have a minimal design and are very discrete. If someone sees you wearing them, they will not think they are hearing aids, as they look just like regular earbuds.
This Sony hearing aid is an absolutely fantastic hearing aid for anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss. They will easily last all day on a full charge, are simple to set up, very comfortable for all day use, and have great performance. I can't find any reason to pass on these hearing aids.
The fact that these have Bluetooth and able to be adjusted on your phone really is a huge plus compared to the bulky hearing aids of yesterday. They're super light and hardly feel like there's anything in my ears. The run time at almost a full day is utterly amazing!

Frequently Asked Questions
Your OTC hearing aid will arrive preinstalled with size S (small) click sleeves. If these aren’t comfortable, you can switch to one of the other three sizes provided (XS, M, L). Choose a smaller size if the hearing aid is pressing on your ear or a larger size if the hearing aid feels loose or makes a whistling noise. Also, your left and right ear may be slightly different sizes, so feel free to use different size sleeves in each ear. Check the User Guide or watch these instructional videos to learn how to insert, fit, and remove your hearing aids.
When you’re not wearing your CRE-E10 OTC hearing aid—like when you take it out before bed—you should set it in the charger. Once placed in the charger, the power will turn off, and the hearing aid will begin charging.
