The Dry & Store Global II conditioner/dryer is electrically operated and gently circulates dry warm and sanitized air throughout the compartment. It combines moving air, heat, desiccant, and UV light to completely dry and sanitize your hearing aids or cochlear implants. The Dry and Store features a UV germicidal lamp that operates for the first three minutes of the cycle to remove 99% of bacteria commonly found in the external ear canal. This process lessens itching, irritation, and infections in the external ear canal.
The Dry and Store also features a fan that circulates warm, dry air for the entire cycle to remove moisture out of the hearing aids and into the desiccant Dry Brik. The Dry & Store Global is convenient for night use, just place your aids, including the hearing aid batteries, in the compartments and press the start button to activate an 8-hour cycle. The Dry & Store Global has a built-in timer and will turn itself off after eight hours.
